Your Yoga Holiday at a Traditional Farmhouse in Ibiza
August 2nd- 7th 2015.
Sold out
When people think of Ibiza they think of clubbing and crowds of youngsters out on the town. However as the discerning amongst us know the real Ibiza is far away from this over populated hub bub.
As you travel 30 mins north of the airport* you will come upon the most beautiful unspoilt countryside, clear blue water beaches and a relaxed atmosphere.
The Venue

Retreat House
The Yoga Holiday is an organic fruit farm situated in the North of Ibiza near the village of San Miguel. The farmhouse is surrounded by trees and flowers , their vibrant colours providing an uplifting backdrop for your yoga break. Set in acres of organic farmland you will be inspired by the sounds of nature and the beauty of the landscape. The weather in August is always fine!

Twin or Double Bedrooms
There are 3 double bedrooms that can either be arranged into twin double beds depending on how you are travelling. Your accommodation is based on a per person price with 2 people sharing a room** .
There is a large kitchen over looking the back garden where the yoga deck nestles amongst the flowers. At night it is lit up by tiny solar lights providing a twinkling terrace for your night time enjoyment. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your suppers if you choose not to dine out. Teas and fruit will be in the kitchen at all times for you to hep yourself to.
The property has one large bathroom which will be shared with the other guests. It also has an outside shower area.
A large lounge and dinning area provides plenty of room for 6 people and there are tables and chairs at the back and front of the house too. In Ibiza much of your living is done outside.
All the bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and Wi fi in the house. Beach towels are not provided.

Shaded Yoga Area
The Yoga
The daily yoga class will start at 8am – 10am. This may sound early but all you have to do is roll out of bed and appear on the deck. Siesta is a large part of Spanish life because it’s good to be active early and rest when it’s hot. So an 8am class is a beautiful way to begin your day.
It is totally different doing yoga on a yoga holiday than at the gym. You will be delighted at how your class gently unfolds and by the end of the holiday your practise will be substantially improved. The warmth and the connection with your surroundings bring out the best in you as the days develop.
All the yoga equipment is provided. We will also be practising breathing techniques and other yoga exercises to help you get the best out of your holiday. I personally guarantee you will go home feeling 100% more alive, more relaxed and restored than when you arrived.

Wednesday August 5th A famous Hippy market is held in Es Canar – this is worth a visit and we can help to arrange transport for you if you decide to go there. If you share a taxi it shouldn’t be more than 10 euros per person each way
Wednesday Evening 7pm free transport is arranged to take us to the Bohemian night market at Las Dallias, if you fancy a late night this is the night to do it as live music and flamenco dancing is often on show here. It is one of the best nights in the north and many of the island people can be seen here. A chance to enjoy the real Ibiza flavours.

A lie in! You may have had a good night out so this morning is dedicated to lounging. You may want to spend the day at beach before returning to complete your final yoga practise at 6pm. Beaches
